Inclusion System Update: New to My Schedules

Inclusion System Update: New to My Schedules

Guess What!

Checking your schedule on the go just got easier. A freshly coded, mobile friendly view of My Schedule is about to be released!

No more pinching your fingers just the right amount to zoom in and see the details. Easily scroll through your schedule on your mobile device.

What’s more, we’ve also made enhancements to the desktop view for those who like to see the big picture.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Along with your shift’s start/end times, assigned pay codes, and department; the total shift duration and shift notes will now be displayed.
  • My Schedule can now be viewed by week, pay period, or month, and each view will display the total hours scheduled for that timeline.
  • Shifts are now color coded according to the position assigned.
  • There’s also a new action button on the desktop view that gives you the ability to print your schedule.
  • For those with access to schedules besides their own, other employees’ schedules will now be displayed alphabetically by first name.

For a closer look, check out our support document.

As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please call us at 1-866-884-3451 or send us an email at includables@inclusionsystem.ca.

Inclusion System extends our profound respect and immeasurable gratitude to all the ancestors and keepers of the land on whose traditional territories our work takes place. We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional gathering place of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene people and the traditional homeland of the Métis people. This land is sacred, historical, and significant.

Every time we acknowledge this truth, we have an invitation and an opportunity to reflect on the wrongs of the past, what we do in the present, and what we can do to continually honour the people whose lands and water we benefit from today.

This statement only acts as a first step in honouring the land we reside on and its peoples, and must be paired with education, understanding and informed action.
