New in the Inclusion System: Schedules BETA

Introducing faster, more efficient scheduling

It’s got a similar feel, but works MUCH better! With a codename of Schedule Beta, our new Schedules module it is faster, more intuitive, and built to support even the largest of agency schedules.

Let’s start with a few things that you will experience with the new Schedules:

An interface that’s familiar but better
Ditch the sideway scrolling! Structured for visibility and ease of use, Schedules Beta ensures you have everything you need right in front of you. All of your tools, reports, and sorting options just a click or two away.

Transition between department schedules with ease
No more sorting through rows of schedules just to get to a department. Schedules Beta lets you switch between and schedule within different departments without ever leaving the scheduling screen.

Even less time scheduling
Thanks to new Single Page Application technologies, Schedules Beta boasts awesome speeds that’s noticeable with every click and task you complete.

And even more: tooltip with your employee contact information, quick search of an employee’s schedule, additional filter and view options, and much more to make your scheduling work a breeze!

Here’s a sneak peek of the update:

Would you like to try out our awesome new feature? Please contact one of the Includables and we will be happy to get you there!

Sincerely,
The Includables

Inclusion System extends our profound respect and immeasurable gratitude to all the ancestors and keepers of the land on whose traditional territories our work takes place. We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional gathering place of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene people and the traditional homeland of the Métis people. This land is sacred, historical, and significant.

Every time we acknowledge this truth, we have an invitation and an opportunity to reflect on the wrongs of the past, what we do in the present, and what we can do to continually honour the people whose lands and water we benefit from today.

This statement only acts as a first step in honouring the land we reside on and its peoples, and must be paired with education, understanding and informed action.
