New in the Inclusion System: Time Off Requests
Time Off Requests are here!
We’ve added time off requests to the system – a simple, quick, and efficient way for employees to request time off, and managers to view, approve or adjust requests. Notifications, accrual balances and request history are all included! This new feature is accessible from a new sidebar on the Home screen.
Employees will be able to easily request time off as well as :
- view available amounts for the various types of time off (ie. vacation, sick);
- access request history showing dates of the time off, type of time off, request status, and any notes.
Managers can easily view, approve, and deny requests sent by their employees.
Both will also be able to get email notifications about Time Off requests:
- Employees can choose to receive notifications when their requests are approved or denied and
- Managers can choose to receive notifications when a new request is submitted.
That’s all for now, folks.
As always, If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 1-866-884-3451, or send us an email at includables@inclusionsystem.ca
Sincerely,
The Includables

Inclusion System extends our profound respect and immeasurable gratitude to all the ancestors and keepers of the land on whose traditional territories our work takes place. We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional gathering place of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene people and the traditional homeland of the Métis people. This land is sacred, historical, and significant.
Every time we acknowledge this truth, we have an invitation and an opportunity to reflect on the wrongs of the past, what we do in the present, and what we can do to continually honour the people whose lands and water we benefit from today.
This statement only acts as a first step in honouring the land we reside on and its peoples, and must be paired with education, understanding and informed action.
