What is better than one update? More than one certainly ?
Here are a bunch of improvements we have for you this month!

Shift Bidding

Have you ever felt the pressure of trying to get shifts out fast and furious but wished you could just send out a group of them all at once? Well, your wish is coming true! Here is how it works:

• Managers can group shifts together and create a block of shifts within the same department.
• When an employee is looking to bid on shifts, they can now clearly see individual ones and blocks. Better yet, they can choose to bid on an entire block or the individual shifts within the block!

Scheduling

Never forget to send notifications again!

• Managers will have a visual reminder of unsent notifications for changes to their posted schedules.
• A red dot will now appear on the Send Notifications button as a reminder of the unsent notifications, it’ll even tell you how many are waiting!

Find those conflicting recurrences quicker!

• When creating a recurrence that conflicts with another, an improved warning will clearly show the issue instead of a general warning.
• The warning will show a list of conflicting recurrences or conflicting individual shifts, and there’s also a nifty option to export this information.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES

• Shifshark messages will now include the day of the week for a shift being called out.
• The Change a Shift button in Shifshark can now be customized.
• Employee Payroll History Report: EHT/HET information has been added to show it more clearly. The account number, assessable amount and contribution amount for an employee will be shown for each pay period.
• Time entry has new colours to help you identify shifts confirmed by Web Punch or Time Clocks much more easily.
• We’ve purpled the Approved Schedule indicator to allow for a sharp visual distinction between Approved and Posted schedules.
